Para evitar lo anterior, te entregamos algunas recomendaciones:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Cuida tu piel de los rayos del sol<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"> En todas las edades, pero especialmente en beb\u00e9s y ni\u00f1os, que poseen piel m\u00e1s sensible. Evita la exposici\u00f3n a los rayos del sol desde las 12.00 a las 16.00 horas, cuando \u00e9stos tienen su m\u00e1xima intensidad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Usa protector solar, todos los d\u00edas<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"> Utiliza un filtro adecuado a tu edad y tipo de piel, idealmente sobre factor 30 y vuelve a aplicar cada 2 horas. Tambi\u00e9n utiliza lentes de sol con filtro UV y sombrero para proteger la vista y la cabeza.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Bebe abundante agua<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"> Seg\u00fan la recomendaci\u00f3n de los m\u00e9dicos, se deben beber unos dos litros de agua al d\u00eda\u00a0 para una buena hidrataci\u00f3n, m\u00e1s a\u00fan en temporadas calurosas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Evita las infecciones veraniegas<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"> Cuando acudimos a la piscina o a la playa, estamos expuestos a infecciones de o\u00eddo (otitis), hongos o resfriados de verano. Por ello utiliza ba\u00f1adores secos de recambio y evita permanecer con la ropa h\u00fameda. Adem\u00e1s, se debe mantener la higiene personal diaria con un mayor cuidado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Cuida tu alimentaci\u00f3n\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"> Incrementa la ingesta de frutas y verduras. Lava bien los alimentos frescos antes de consumirlos; mant\u00e9n los productos refrigerados y lava tus manos previo a comer o manipular alimentos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Practica ejercicio moderado y adaptado a la temperatura<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"> Evita practicar deporte en las horas centrales del d\u00eda. Lo ideal es que sea por la ma\u00f1ana o cuando cae la tarde; hidr\u00e1tate correctamente y evita la exposici\u00f3n directa al sol.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Cuidado con las picaduras de mosquitos u otros insectos<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"> Sobre todo en zonas h\u00famedas y calurosas.
