La conmemoraci\u00f3n de este d\u00eda, busca poner en discusi\u00f3n las causas y s\u00edntomas de la falta de sue\u00f1o, un problema que si no es tratado a tiempo, puede ocasionar diferentes enfermedades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo a los resultados de diversos estudios realizados sobre el sue\u00f1o, nuestra calidad de vida ser\u00eda mucho mejor si tuvi\u00e9ramos un sue\u00f1o de calidad. Sin embargo, el estilo de vida agitado que nos caracteriza, no nos permite descansar la cantidad de horas que se requieren para tener un sue\u00f1o reparador. Esto puede generar da\u00f1os a nuestra salud. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si no podemos disfrutar de un sue\u00f1o de calidad, lo m\u00e1s probable es que nuestro cuerpo comience a experimentar una serie de cambios y alteraciones, como por ejemplo, trastornos en el sistema nervioso, endocrino e inmunol\u00f3gico, que conllevar\u00e1n a otras complicaciones m\u00e1s graves y que est\u00e1n asociadas a las llamadas&nbsp;<strong><em>enfermedades degenerativas<\/em><\/strong> (<strong><em>Asociaci\u00f3n Mundial de Medicina del Sue\u00f1o<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;(en ingl\u00e9s&nbsp;<strong><em>WASM: World Association of Sleep Medicine<\/em><\/strong>).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para prevenir estos trastornos, es necesario tomar conciencia y asumir la responsabilidad de darle al sue\u00f1o la importancia que se merece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n, te mostramos algunos tips recomendados por la Fundaci\u00f3n <strong>World Sleep Society<\/strong> para tener un sue\u00f1o de calidad:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Un sue\u00f1o de calidad, est\u00e1 determinado por la cantidad de horas adecuadas que una persona dedique al descanso. Esto le brindar\u00e1 la fuerza y la energ\u00eda necesaria para que su salud no se vea afectada. Establece tu propio horario y trata de cumplirlo de forma regular.<\/li><li>Es importante que el sue\u00f1o sea profundo e ininterrumpido, para que sea realmente reparador.<\/li><li>Trata de usar ropa c\u00f3moda y fresca y aseg\u00farate de que la habitaci\u00f3n tenga una temperatura agradable.<\/li><li>Si acostumbras echar una siesta durante el d\u00eda, evita que sea muy larga.<\/li><li>Evita comer o hacer ejercicios unas horas antes de irte a dormir.<\/li><li>Evita la ingesta de bebidas como el caf\u00e9, el t\u00e9, chocolate o alcohol, al menos 6 horas antes de ir a descansar.<\/li><li>Ver la falta de sue\u00f1o como un problema de salud y una epidemia global, puede ayudar a buscar salidas satisfactorias con programas de investigaci\u00f3n y as\u00ed minimizar los da\u00f1os y consecuencias de este mal para toda la sociedad.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Este 2021, el lema es &#8220;Sue\u00f1o regular para un futuro saludable&#8221;.
